No appointment is needed for browsing. For a dedicated design consultation we recommend booking ahead so a designer is free to walk the space with you.
Yes — home consultations are free within the Chennai metro. We bring samples, take measurements and leave you with a written recommendation. No purchase required.
Send us the room type, rough dimensions and a budget through the enquiry form. We'll shortlist a collection plus a materials palette within a few days — free of charge.
Saturday 10 AM – 9 PM and Sunday 11 AM – 6 PM. The showroom is closed on Mondays.
Yes. Order support can arrange showroom pickup, and returns within 14 days are accepted (except made-to-order pieces). Contact orders@umber.design with your order number.
